Sheet Plate Micro Embossing Machine
The machine operates by mounting a metal pattern plate onto the surface of the embossing cylinder. The plate is heated and pressed onto the paper substrate, creating raised patterns and distinctive textures with a reflective, glossy appearance.
No ink is required for this process. The machine can produce a wide variety of special textures and decorative patterns, including fine optical lines, artistic paper textures, and other customized surface effects.
The machine is widely used for cigarette boxes, wine boxes, paper bags, food packaging, cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging, as well as printed materials such as posters, calendars, and advertising products.
The EM-925 is a compact, space-saving embossing machine with a maximum
standard delivery height of 50 mm. Its low-profile paper delivery platform
simplifies sheet removal and stacking.
Model: EMH-925
The model EM-925 can be upgraded to the EMH-925 configuration,
which raises the delivery pile height to 1,000 mm for high-volume production
environments.
EMH-1050 — Large-Format
Embossing
The EMH-105 is designed for applications requiring larger
embossing coverage. It provides an enlarged embossing area of 1,050 × 725 mm
and accommodates sheets up to 1,050 × 730 mm.
